PacEasy products are warranted for one year (1yr) from the original date of purchase.
Our warranty applies when the product is used for its intended purpose, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents, neglect, or intentional destruction.
All PacEasy products are designed and manufactured to meet the strictest quality standards for materials, workmanship, durability, and maximum carefree service. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product that is defective in materials or workmanship for one year (1yr) from the date of original purchase.
To obtain warranty service, send the product (products accepted for repair must be clean), with a brief description of the problem and a copy of the original receipt postage pre-paid and insured (PacEasy cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages) to:

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, except implied consumer warranties required by law. In no event shall PacEasy be liable for consequential damages or loss of use, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Note: Irregular fit products are sold As-Is and not covered by warranty. This warranty does not cover products purchased used or not sold as new, sealed in original packaging, from garage sales, classified ad, internet auction sites, or resale internet sites such as daily newspapers, ebay, Amazon, or Craig's List. |
