We want you to be happy with your purchase. To that end, we have established a return policy that we hope you will agree is fair.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may return the item(s) postage pre-paid to us for a full refund of the original purchase price including the cost to ship the product to you.
Provided that the product is returned in a condition consistent with proper limited use and complete with all accessories, you will receive your refund within 48 hours of us receiving your refund request and the item(s) you are returning.
If you receive your item(s) and they are damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange to replace the item(s) and pay both the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) to you.
For any return, please contact us by email at info@paceasy.com or by phone at 1-888-708-3299 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted or processed without approval.

Authorized returns with damaged and/or missing accessories will incur a 25% reduction of the refund amount at our discretion.
Returns should be carefully packaged in a sturdy carton. For your convenience we will be happy to provide you with a shipping carton and/or a pre-paid shipping label. Just let us know when you contact us for your Return Merchandise Authorization number. We will deduct the cost of the shipping container and postage furnished to you from your refund. |
